This is an in-person session/class at my home studio in Greystones. The session is 1½hour working in zones. Zone 1: Breathing Diaphragm, Hip Flexor (Psoas) and Glutes. Zone 2: If zone one is not functioning we move the Quads, Hamstrings, Abdominals and Lateral Sling (other hips muscles and muscles at the side of the torso). Zone 3: if zone 1 and 2 are in hibernation then we move to zone 3. This consists of the neck, shoulders, arms and lower legs, When Zone 1 is functioning like the leading role in your story, and Zone 2 and 3 are the supporting acts. You will be shocked and amazed.
